PRACTICAL INFORMATION
We do our best to offer flexible hours to meet your needs. Check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. However, we offer the possibility of a late check-out, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please contact reception for any special requests (dial 9 to reach reception).
All indoor areas, including guest rooms and the lobby, are completely non-smoking. We kindly ask you to respect this rule for the comfort of all guests. Failure to comply with this rule will trigger the smoke detectors and set off the fire alarm. If the fire alarm is triggered as a result of smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in your room, the hotel will charge a penalty fee. Furthermore, if tobacco odors are detected in your room, the hotel will be obliged to hire an outside company to clean and deodorize your room, and you will be charged for this service.
For those wishing to enjoy the city after checking-out, we offer a free luggage storage service. You can leave your luggage in the safe hands of our team, whether it's for a few hours or a whole day. This service is ideal for allowing you to make the most of every moment without being encumbered.
Transport can be arranged on request to facilitate your departure. We can organise private transfers to the airport, as well as book taxis or chauffeur-driven cars. Our aim is to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please let us know your requirements in advance of your arrival.
Every morning, we offer a hearty and varied breakfast to get the day off to a good start. Served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in our breakfast room or directly in your room. It features fresh, local produce to satisfy every taste. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also availableupoin request.
Your room will be cleaned by a housekeeper, at your request, until 2:00 PM. If you hang up the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, this indicates that you do not wish to have your room cleaned. If you would like your room to be cleaned at a specific time, please let Reception know (dial 9 to reach Reception).
You can also contact Reception to request additional items such as bath towels, slippers, duvets, pillows, hangers, vases, toiletries, etc.
Laundry service is available every day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The hotel will provide a laundry bag for this purpose. By dropping off this bag and the completed laundry slip before 11 a.m., your laundry will be returned to you the same day. After 11 a.m., your laundry will be returned to you the following day. Do not hesitate to contact reception if your belongings require a check-up and/or special maintenance.
If you would like to add an extra duvet to your night's sleep, please ask at Reception (dial 9 to reach reception).
Extra feather pillows are available. Please ask reception for your choice of comfort (dial 9 to reach reception).
However, if you would like to use an iron and ironing board, we have these items available at reception (dial 9 to reach reception).
If you wish a wake up call, you can contact the reception the day before to inform them about the right hour you want to be called (dial 9 to reach reception).
If you forgot something (toothbrush, razor, sewing kit, etc.), the reception can provide you with a few items upon request (dial 9 to reach reception).
Adapters and converters are available on request from Reception (dial 9 to reach the reception).

Your printed documents will be made available to you either at reception or delivered directly to your room in an envelope, depending on your request.

All mails and parcels received for you are kept at the reception and will be given to you upon your arrival or return. At your request, they can also be brought up to your room (dial 9 to reach reception).
May you wish to send flowers or have the pleasure of receiving them, the Reception will be happy to send you a bouquet to set up this service or provide you with a vase (dial 9 to reach reception).
The hotel provides umbrellas at reception.
If you think you have lost a personal item in the hotel, please contact reception.
If you have forgotten any of the following items for your trip: razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, please contact reception (dial 9 to reach reception).
Every detail of the exclusive decoration of your room has been carefully thought out. Please do not hesitate to contact Reception (dial 9 to reach reception) if you would like to find out more about the items and fabrics that decorate your room: each one has its own history. If any of these items are accidentally altered, the hotel will be obliged to charge you for the damage.
If you need urgent medical attention, you can contact reception (dial 9 to reach reception). For minor injuries, plasters and antiseptics are available from reception.
On arrival, please read the fire and safety instructions posted in your room and in the corridors. We suggest that you find out which emergency exit is closest to your room.
In order to offer you an impeccable service, your opinions and comments feedbacks are essential to us. You will therefore receive a satisfaction questionnaire survey by email after your departure.
To ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing stay, the hotel can provide a babysitting service on request, in partnership with approved and trusted professionals.

Room facilities are available on request, since the moment you book or on simple request from to the Reception (dial 9 to reach reception). A bed for a child under the age of 2, a bottle warmer, a changing mat or a high chair are available.
Your pets are welcome so that you can enjoy your stay with your family to the full. We accept dogs and cats at no extra charge.
We kindly ask you to inform our team when you make your reservation, so that we can prepare for the specific arrival of your four-legged companion. A welcome kit with a basket and bowls is thoughtfully prepared and placed in the room upon request.
For the respect of all our guests, we ask you to supervise your pets in the common areas of the hotel. Your pets are not allowed to stay in your room unless you are present.
